Masoud Gaffarian Asl
Masoud Gaffarian Asl brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in boutique property development, specialising in high-end residential dwellings and multi-unit sites development and construction. With a background as a structural engineer and project manager, Masoud combines technical rigour with a keen eye for detail and holds a particular interest in design and architecture – an outlook that shapes the thoughtful, well-considered approach behind every Pavilion Partners scheme.
Saeid Mokhtassi
Saeid Mokhtassi, co-founder of Pavilion Partners alongside Masoud, is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of background in property. His financial expertise and deep understanding of the property sector underpin the strong commercial foundations of every Pavilion Partners development, ensuring each scheme is as soundly structured as it is well built.
